The NYC Marathon is in 125 days

On the first Sunday in November, I will be running the NYC Marathon!  Today is day 1 of the 18 week training program I am going to use to train.  I have modified a schedule from the NYRR.ORG site for a casual marathoner starting with a 20-ish mile per week base and will follow this schedule for the next 18 weeks:
